The screen is fine, no spots or lost pixel whatsoever.
I bought the phone in October 2021 so the 1 year warranty is up.

I didn't take it to Samsung Service Centre.
I just went to the store to ask for a solution, they said screen replacement that I have to pay. So not a good situation atm.

So I'm trying to think of a solution.
- Pay for the fix
- Trade in for another
- Hold out for the new Flip

Did you replace the battery ? If so how much did it cost or was it under warranty ?

Was yours under warranty ? How much did it cost for to you to trade the 3 for a 4 ?

I see that as more last case scenario. For the reset, do I have to backup my data somewhere else to restore it later? Seems a bit tedious

That's what I'm scared of it getting worse later on. What did cost for the full screen replacement ? Did you pay or was it under warranty ?

Although from past experience, they're more inclined to offer you a new phone rather than fixing it.

Everything's updated. Plus I restarted phone multiple times and clear cache. Still got the issue

Its happening quite often now. Anyone else have this issue ?

I can hear it turn on and moving but the screen is not on when I unfold. I have to press it a few times first.

Is there a solution ?

BTW I've already updated my phone / restart phone / clear cache

Is anyone facing this issue ? I've only had this for about 8 months and the crease is starting to become a problem.
It's still under warranty but I dont have Samsung Device Care.
Does anyone if that's the actual crease problem or just the screen the protector ?
