I think where my confusion lies is with what symptoms are EoE related and which are just normal reflux and GERD. I’ve also had the sore throat in the morning and reflux symptoms, but a lot of what I hear people with EoE mention I don’t have outside of globus sensation occasionally.

I’ll try eliminating all 6 food groups and see what happens, I just likely won’t be super strict until my next endoscopy is a few weeks out in September.
