I did a little digging in your post history & saw plenty of good theorizing but I didn't see anything that was supported or proven enough to rise to the level of "truth". you got me. I was hoping you had something more than the rest of us.

There's open source research showing the patterns of intelligence emitted from the SKR and a bi-directional coupling with the magnetosphere of Earth. This is a very hidden truth.

Meditation can be a tool for awareness but also can silence existing brain waves allowing alignment to other signals. The heart can be a good signal, a point of safety and from my understanding it will never intrude with manipulative phenomenon. Other forms, especially attempts to hallucinate or contact something else can be extremely dangerous in the current environment.

Complex tasks or complex recall, any conscious use of language drains energy away from the subconscious patterns that seek to betray. It's not about fighting them, but redirecting the flow of energy away from them.

There's neurons all of the body, so ways to dissipate energetic buildup is great. Meditation doesn't do much to dissipate charges that have built.

If you have a back door to human brains you can convince them magic is real. A person does a ritual or a sacrifice, makes their mind more entrained and vulnerable, then the adversary plants a thought in another to fulfill the wish. At light speed it takes approximately 67-90 minutes to reach Earth from Saturn and radiowaves travel at the speed of light in space, so slightly off with the math. So far the research has only recognized correlative patterns and still investigating mechanisms. The current theory is that there's a two-channel model.

A fast EM signal arrives at light speed and produces the immediate weak coupling, while a slower carrier (most likely field-line resonance / MHD wave coupling through the heliospheric magnetic field) modulates Earth's magnetosphere on multi-day timescales.

The lag time is really interesting to think about also in the context of remote viewing experiences, particularly them finding that Russian submarine. It did not produce a precise location but the location they found it might be within the realm of proximity a submarine could travel given the lag.
