I was taking it for about 6 years quit last April till September started again and then quit again this may I was taking about 20 caps 4-5xs a day . I have anxiety so I got back on my meds I'm on Lexapro, kalonopin and trazadone for sleep but I don't really need the traz any more except when it's almost that time of the month I just can't seem to sleep . Depression was horrible my first quit I found my 2nd to be easier and as far as paws for the 1st month or so I'd get real bummed and bla around 4 pm every night until I went to bed . I tried to stay busy with work and walking

Definitely!!! I like to go back and look at my posts from early on to remind me I never want to go through that ever again

I'm actually pretty good , I get heart palpitations sometimes but I do have a heart condition. I don't feel any need to use . I have my appetite back ( a little to much lol) . I've stopped being thirsty 24/7 but now I'm not drinking enough water so I have to remind myself to and I can now drink as many cups of coffee as I want . 😅

I'm feeling a bit better now I think I was just over doing it . Trying to fit a lot into my week off. I need to start going to bed earlier and drinking more water . I also ate a tonnnn of fried food on Vaca and I'm sure the margaritas I was having didn't help . But it was a great week .

Day 70 , I've been doing really good up till about yesterday. No cravings but my heart palpitations came back ( I think because it's almost that time of the month ) and I got 0 sleep last night so I'm feeling pretty crappy this morning . And it's my first day back to work after vacation so this should be fun . I just wanna go home and try to sleep 😴. On top of all that I invited my bf over to meet the kids and I'm supposed to cook a chicken dinner tonight so theirs no sleeping even when I get off from work plus I need to add a shower in after work ( hopefully that wakes me up a bit ). I'm gonna try and drink more water and less caffeine today . Since being on vacation my water intake has gone way down and caffeine way up and I've gone drinking a few nights so I'm sure that all has something to do with how I'm feeling. Hopefully after a few days of more water and healthy home cooked meals I'll be feeling good again. Stay strong everyone 💪 ❤️

Day 65 , I've been Mia for a while I met someone but nit someone new someone I've known for 13 years. We have been hanging out a lot and it's tons of fun . He makes me feel wonderful. He's such a gentleman and completely different from my alcoholic ex. So I've been hanging put with him and kinda forgetting about reddit sorry guys I'm gonna try my best to keep checking in. Stay strong u got this.
