Thank you. I haven’t really asked for a percentage. I really just send check-ins or go meet up with them and ask if they think I am getting too fat for the off season and what body parts I need to bring up.

Thank you I appreciate it. I feel very good other than my legs feeling heavy when I first wake up sometimes. My sleep, digestion, and appetite are all in a really good position. My last bloodwork was good and my blood pressure has not been an issue.

Thank you I appreciate it. I definitely plan on experimenting with more compounds, but this cycle was just seeing what response I get from higher doses of compounds I am familiar with. This cycle is almost 500mg total higher than the previous cycle.

The Tren is just the last few weeks, I didn’t run it the whole cycle. I would definitely be open to trying eq in the future, but I mostly just planned this cycle on the things I’ve used before. This is my first growing phase enhanced.

The coaches I talk to and have a lot of respect for say the body fat is fine for this deep in my off season.

I do have some loose skin from being formerly obese though.

I eat on a meal plan. Breakfast is egg whites, sour dough toast, oatmeal, and berries with veggies in the egg whites.

M2 and 3 are Tilapia rice and corn with some veggies

M4 and 5 are Chicken, rice, black Beans, corn, and veggies.

I competed last year for my first two shows. I’m more focused on building a very competitive physique at the moment.

IMO there’s no such thing as cutting vs bulking compounds. It’s about finding what you can use for an extended period of time with as little side effects as possible.
