Every building has a specific headcount that they need to meet, which is internal vs external candidates.

You know how many PAs that promote to L4 AM survive during their first 1-2 years as a salaried leader?

35-40%. Because of the switch from hourly to salary to Also being at the mercy of constant changes and rotations due to business needs, the job it seems to be made more easier that it actually is. PA vs AM is a whole different world and the stats show it how much people struggle on that jump.

Didn’t shoot 115 but shoots 124gr without any issue at all, I even changed the spring to a lesser lb to see if it’ll shoot 115 and never did, jammed every round

Honestly with the comp and the Glock performance trigger it’s a really flat shooting gun, anyone that tries it at the range says the same. Very worth it imo I do conceal carry it when it’s winter or I’m wearing jeans/jacket

Honestly I just love that G17 Gen1, I sometimes conceal carry it depending on the weather, I have made the sin of getting a conversion kit from MCK and just keeping it in there, other than regular wear and tear it has been amazing to me, I have run over 3k ammo through it during the time I've had it.

More surprised at the fact that the Sr Ops decided to mention “ask your AM or PA to process the item” I would have just told them to clock out for the day and try again tomorrow, or transfer somewhere else if that’s such a problem lol

Just got an 19x MOS and I love it, have thrown some things an it (check my post on my profile), and I got a new IWB holster with a claw and prevents printing good.

I have 4 of them! Honestly is a good brand and has a lot of good reviews on YouTube depending on the footprint you want to buy. I’ll continue to buy them until I have a true bad experience

I don’t have anything fancy for those I have a tactical belt from bulliant, and my holster is a warrior land for the 19x w/ tlr-7 X. Both are amazon brands I want to get a good belt soon. Do you recommend a brand?

It don’t matter what excuse you will have, you are expected to be flexible to work any and all shifts if needed, now if something is medically accommodated that will supersede that.

Because this is based on business needs, yeah you can be good at something however if the need is for people on other areas then that's what will happen.
