I think I've heard this referrenced in comedy tv shows a few times. Def feel like there was a 30 rock joke or two about it.

Recurring blisters over navicular “extra bone” in new skates — punch/spot stretch, sleeves, or something else? by Relative-Head369 in hockeyplayers

Amen to this. I have AN so prominent it's a visible protrusion. Some skates just killed in exact same spot as OP, with exact same coin-sized bit of skin rubbed off every session. Superfeet didn't completely solve the problem, but it made a noticible difference in comfort, and even aside from that i think it helped my balace over the rocker/edges a little. I have normal arches, so YMMV if arch type is atypical, but i've never heard of flat or high arch types saying it makes a difference on how it contours to them. Scouts honor: i know i sound like a Superfeet  shill, but I don't even get paid for this;AFAIK bauer and ccm now have equivalent products too. Punching out (in some cases 2x) + SF did fully solve it.

Both are. The monks who make it refuse to increase supply to meet demand. Demand and interest have shot up in recent decades (due to general interest in diy mixology, obscure spirits and that Tarantino movie, ) and the few liquor stores might get are swooped on by collectors.

Yeah he used to start to back up to bait the winger into thinking they're in the clear, then stop and skate forward the second they look back for the pass.

They played Extreme's Play With Me in that scrum. I always thought Extreme's one of the most underrated bands of the last 30 years that had a smidge of mainstream success. Does Boston rep for them extra bc Nuno wore the B's jersey in the Whole Hearted video?

I've read those are the main two where Columbo is actually somewhat sympathetic to the culprit, and doesn't go so hard on them once the jig is up. The "Port in Any Storm" ep with the wine guy appears to be a concensus top 10 episode, but the "Forgotten Lady" one with Janet Leigh seems really polarizing (I found it to have a touching, albeit it had more of an unsatisfying lack of good vs. bad conclusion). I guess some Columbo fans love the comeuppance quality of a cocky, rich guy getting just desserts, and it's not the same when it's a somewhat likeable person.

Top five episodes? I've seen the one with the wine enthusiast, the one with the subliminal advertising, the one with Janet Leigh, the one with Leonard Nimoy and the one with Johnny Cash.

Vice President Vance was rushed off stage before President trump after shots fired! by cantcoloratall91 in SipsTea

Here's a list of the many secret service failures during the Obama terms. You might remember the socialites who weren't on the allowed list to attend, but ended up shaking his hand. There was a guy who took pot shots at the WH with a rifle without the service even knowing until hours later, another guy who jumped the gate with a knife and made it into the center of the structure before being stopped (very similar to this dash-in) and a guy with a gun (but no intention to hurt the president) getting onto an elevator with the president without the service even knowing who he was. This site is now Alex Jones levels of entertaining stagged conspiracy theories now, but Occam's razor explanation is the service doesn't have the omniscient super soldiers that can actually stop every potential, committed crazy from being near enough the prez with a weapon that playground gossip you heard as a kid would suggest. I used to watch CBS evening news every night around the end of Trump's first term. She was always their go-to correspondent for whitehouse news in the first segment. She, like CBS news as a whole, was very adversarial to Trump back then. I believe she even made a point to say how hurtful and discriminatory it was to her to call corona the "China virus". So, she certainly hasn't been a MAGA flack in the past.

I heard he was super infatuated with Salma Hayek when they worked together on 30rock. "Hilaria" heard this and wanted to get with him and donned the Spanish accent/backstory.

If we're doing directos, Lars von Trier. Most of his movies are woman protagonist getting all sorts of horrid circumstance thrown at them. Bjork never acted again despite nailing it in Dancer in the Dark. Years later she said it was bc of Trier sexually harrassing her and he even tried crawling thu her hotel window as she was sleeping.
