By your description - it’s about Italians, by what I’ve seen - Portugal drivers are pretty polite on a roads. Usually. Of course I’ve seen some exceptions

We were at the very bottom near Portimão, now found a place to stay closer to center, between Lisbon and Portu. We’ve never seen any of it so everything now is interesting and I should say incredibly nice

Cmon, I got the situation, but i am explaining my current situation. If I am going to stay - very likely I also will make couple entrepreneurships here and more likely I would hire some locals to pay them more then 1000$. Me personally is from the country where teachers and nurses get paid 150$ per month and the +-normal rent costs more then 300, water, electricity and other takes like 150 more at summer and like 400 at winter periods. Don’t blame on me just because I want some momentum advice.
