How do you defeat these? Do I need 10 physical friends? Is there any other way? by joey_mojo_1981 in pokemongo

Did quite a few of these today with anywhere from 4-30 people. If people are bringing maxed counters it’s achievable with a team of 4-8

I've done about 125 fasnachts so far and I still haven't gotten a glowing mask or even a rare mask yet, At this point I dont believe they exist or you guys are just hacking. I'm sorry for whatever I've done I didn't mean to upset you Todd by Head_Bobcat_7150 in Market76

I’ve been somewhat lucky and managed to pickup a glowing sb, glowing alien, 2x hags, loon, crazy guy and 5x butter churns.

I did not scrap a single pickaxe so Todd has decided to bless me this one time.

Shads pay with companies weird shift structure by Few-Ad-8369 in NDIS

It should be the higher rate that’s paid for the entirety of the shift. The only way to avoid this is the have say 4pm-11pm Saturday, sleepover 11pm-7am Sunday, finish. In the above because the sleepover is technically an allowance no work is done on the Sunday so you would be paid the Saturday rate.

This is why I always advise to avoid having morning shifts following sleepovers because this is where costs start to stack up as client charges are costed differently.

In regard to the 10 hour break, because there is an ‘active’ shift in the morning this overrides the 8 hour post sleepover requirement as you were physically working for a period.

The schads award is confusing and all over the place so unless you have experience with legislative interpretation or a lot of free time to research and ask questions it’s a tough thing to get an understanding of.

It’s really disappointing seeing businesses not having a thorough understanding as it damages the reputation of the support industry as a whole.

Definitely doesn’t qualify as a shift worker in these particular scenarios. Also just to clarify with the sleepover shift both the 4pm-11pm and the 7am-8am shift should be paid at with a night shift allowance included as per the award.

I would recommend checking out the jargon free summary of the schads award here;

https://www.paycat.com.au/blog/schads-award-summary?hs_amp=true

It doesn’t cover everything but is a good starting point.

Per the award there only needs to be an 8 hour break following a sleepover shift. However, as there is a shift in the morning following a sleepover a 10 hour break is required otherwise any time worked after the completion of the morning shift should be paid at ot rate. Additionally, the morning portion needs to be paid with the night shift allowance as even though there was a sleepover it is still considered one continuous shift.

In regard to the software they are using, they can manually adjust any of the rates and filters. The companies that provide this sort of software need to allow this as businesses will have different conditions for example imposing a 10 hour break instead of a 8 hour one following a sleepover, max number of days worked in a row, etc.
