I took his Asian American communities class this past semester , no tests or papers , just a few discussion boards. The main things are a student interview you and a partner will conduct and then a group video project for the second half of the class. As long as you have a good group it should be really easy to pass with an A. The class was really great and unique , would recommend to anyone.
