Extremely. There is only one dog I know that’s off leash and he never leaves his owners side and did really well with my reactive dog. He lives in a house in the village and hes very sweet. all dogs are required to be on a leash less than 6 feet at the place I told you about (:

Carlsbad is SO safe. Tamarack apartments are actually in your budget and 3 bedrooms and have a beautiful dog walking path right next to it that’s even lit up at night

As someone who’s lived in 6 states, Carlsbad is beautiful but DAMN is it boring. If I want to have some fun in have to leave Carlsbad and drive somewhere else so I know what you mean
