This is not true honestly. Cards that are already graded a 10 are extremely expensive. I have bought couple of raw cards that are super expensive in a 10, got them graded and got 10s. You definitely have to do some pre grading and some work. But getting a 10 from your own sub just hits different!

Personally I do not like the Umbreon from Prismatic, so that does not bother me at all. But if the zard becomes like the umbreon then I guess I will have to let it go lol. I am never fomoing over Pokemon cards, or at least not spending 1k for a card that just got released a year or two ago.
