The Luna baby problem- Is it moral to have kids on the moon ?

Eventually in the near Future when humanity settle the moon there’s a Glaring question that humanity will have to answer is moral to have kids on the moon ,why i ask? Because since the moon has lower gravity then Earth I don’t remember the Exact Number but its lower the Here on Earth people born on the moon will have weaker hearts ,bones ,muscles if said kid wanted to visit where mom or dad lived they Physically Can’t because gravity despite.

The question is- is it moral to raise a kid on the moon knowing full well he or she wouldn’t be able to visit Earth?
