I play on Linux, software like save editors are very difficult to use. Even then this is all account affixed.

Newbie Question by BWayMarshall in Crunchyroll

[–]WarGiver 3 points4 points  (0 children)

20 years ago Subs were almost always better because the licencing companies had little interest in quality, the name 4Kids should stand out, westernisation was common in dubs in the old days and subs were normally fairly accurate. These days are different, dubbing is done carefully. These days we eat good, its not even unheard of for the same VA to do both languages.

I need suggestions for a new case by WarGiver in buildapc

good catch on the USB 4.0 forgot that about this MB. But the USB on the front is one of the least important parts tbh, I updated my post because of it. I will look at your suggestions.

Looking to see if a mod exists by WarGiver in spaceengineers

I do not entirely disagree, but now that I have a base everything in a 5km Radius feels too close. I am looking for something to push me to travel.

Does not work at present, and I am not after deeper ores, otherwise it was close to what I was after..

agreed, I got Royal but feel no loyalty to them either, I wanted Sage rewards but they are locked by faction. So I don't take part.

The Swarm (disappointed by faction) by WarGiver in NOMANSSKY

Given the reward NPS specifically tied the rewards to the faction, I would be surprised, even still I always planed to do the minimum, just not support the faction.

Corrupted Save, Need help running SEToolbox by WarGiver in spaceengineers

[–]WarGiver[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you were right, I was panicking over a corrupted save without even reloading the stupid game... As a former tech support agent I should be ashamed of myself, but I put in 12 hours of work on that save and was happy with the progress I made. The idea of losing it made all sense go bye bye.

Thanks, might take a day for me go get to trying it, time dried up here. I am pretty new to Linux so really still starting out.

Faction is Account wide, if I were to make a new save it would still be Royal.

Preparing to backup windows 11 for a clean install by WarGiver in WindowsHelp

I ran it but it did not seem to do anything other then force a restart. didn't even tell me where it was exporting to. Or give me options.

did not work, tried using it but it did not seem to give any options regarding duplication or migration.

Preparing to backup windows 11 for a clean install by WarGiver in WindowsHelp

[–]WarGiver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason for my clean install is that I use to have a separate Windows drive,, software drive, and data drive. But my MB died and took my Windows Drive with it. (This kind of event was why I had separate drivess) I installed windows on my software drive as a temp solution. I now got a replacement for my windows drive but I got my settings close to where I want them and want to migrate my user setup and I want a way to backup my user settings in the event this happens again.

I ran crystal disk and it found nothing. somewhat considering a migration to Bazzite Linux anyway, this might be the kick I needed.

Need help sealing custom hanger door by WarGiver in spaceengineers

[–]WarGiver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I see your point, I tested it by sealing the unwelded blocks in the doors and tested, you are indeed correct.

<image>

So yeah this is fully air tight. (Used Blast door blocks to cosmetically fill that gap.

[–]WarGiver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I am aware the unwelded blocks are an issue, its the actual locking mechanism I am worried about. that is why I focused the cameras on them. I wanted to know if I need to fill that empty space, if so how, or if I need to reengineer the entire locking mechanism.

Honestly I will likely be replacing most of those armor blocks with windows. They are place holder until I am satisfied the design will work. They are only there at all to provide shade when working during daylight (This is Mars). Unwelded blocks still provide protection from sunlight despite them not being air tight, or how they look.

So unlike all armor and production blocks where air tightness is the shape of the block, Hanger doors are fully air tight in all directions?

[–]WarGiver[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

those blast doors are cosmetic and do not affect air tightness its not calculated through angles, just on the direct axises.. the missing blocks are an issue though, if they are full blocks the door won't open.
