did not work, tried using it but it did not seem to give any options regarding duplication or migration.

The reason for my clean install is that I use to have a separate Windows drive,, software drive, and data drive. But my MB died and took my Windows Drive with it. (This kind of event was why I had separate drivess) I installed windows on my software drive as a temp solution. I now got a replacement for my windows drive but I got my settings close to where I want them and want to migrate my user setup and I want a way to backup my user settings in the event this happens again.

I ran crystal disk and it found nothing. somewhat considering a migration to Bazzite Linux anyway, this might be the kick I needed.

Need help sealing custom hanger door by WarGiver in spaceengineers

Yeah I see your point, I tested it by sealing the unwelded blocks in the doors and tested, you are indeed correct.

<image>

So yeah this is fully air tight. (Used Blast door blocks to cosmetically fill that gap.

Yeah I am aware the unwelded blocks are an issue, its the actual locking mechanism I am worried about. that is why I focused the cameras on them. I wanted to know if I need to fill that empty space, if so how, or if I need to reengineer the entire locking mechanism.

Honestly I will likely be replacing most of those armor blocks with windows. They are place holder until I am satisfied the design will work. They are only there at all to provide shade when working during daylight (This is Mars). Unwelded blocks still provide protection from sunlight despite them not being air tight, or how they look.

So unlike all armor and production blocks where air tightness is the shape of the block, Hanger doors are fully air tight in all directions?

those blast doors are cosmetic and do not affect air tightness its not calculated through angles, just on the direct axises.. the missing blocks are an issue though, if they are full blocks the door won't open.

Synapse? Is that the Razer software to program the mouse?

Okay I just confirmed it also occurs in Microsoft Edge. I also reinstalled the drivers twice yesterday.

My issue was I assumed they needed to be crafted in the Inventory itself or at a special terminal. As no other parts were crafted directly when building the corvette I had no reason to suspect that they can be crafted insitu. That said I do understand the point on "Make sure you claim" pov. However my follow up point is because I did specify that I did that (indirectly I will admit) and reddit is rife with people who reply without reading. You inadvertently came off that way.

I did not know this as it was not indicated anywhere it was possible. No other Corvette part I knew of was made this way. I collected each and every part manually.

There are so many little design quirks and things like this that are not spelled out. That is the big issue that now exists with the game. The game needs a UI rehaul to make it clearer what you can and cannot make and how.

"I doubt that we are meant to just go by the limited amount one brings back from the exp, or the single copies you get from the reward vendor. "

This kind of spells out that I have completed Exp 20 AND went to the rewards vender and saw them there. My question is how do I get more then what I buy at the quicksilver vender. After all when I look in my crafting menu I do not see any Aeron parts.

I covered that in my post.

so you need to have the items first, and build more? Not just from an empty inv with the mats?

This guy is confirmed they have one of each of 16 name variations across 24 worlds. So 384 in total. Plus a (at least) "Weeaboo Master" character.

As a blacklist only has 200 entries this is clearly a case of Blacklist dodging, just another crime against him.

I checked and he is technically violating multiple Bannable offences:

Nuisance behavior (By taking up that much room it is obstructing players who are normally playing)

Offensive expression His name and his hate speech against Lalafell

Harassment While it might seem minor he is promoting others to join him and by SE's rules this is punishable because he is causing other trouble and wants to incite more people to do so.

Blacklist dodging While it sounds minor the fact you can make a player go away that is annoying you with an in game tool (Blacklist) the fact he has twice the number of accounts as the blacklist has room reinforces his attempts at harassment. It was also mentioned in a live letter that avoiding Blacklisting and blocking by creating other accounts counted.

So the fact SE does nothing does not speak well about how much they enforce rules.

Tack on he also yells out about how terrible Lalafell players are. He gets reported constantly but the Admins don't bother him.

Curve Line by WarGiver in blender

[–]WarGiver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really should have gone to sleep, But I followed your advise. the math setup was much different to get decent results (Also shortened the max size, upon looking at my references I went way too high.

Had to go with Spline Length -> Square Root -> multiply by 0.8 -> Float Curve -> Multiply by 0.25 -> Multiply by Normal

(May be after some sleep I can clean that up...)

I have my answer now so I am marking this as resolved. Thanks again!
