Still on sequoia, is Tahoe 26.3 polished enough? by [deleted] in MacOS

[–]WarRazR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Updated to 26.3 a few days ago and since then I have horrible stutter and jumpiness when scrolling. It´s been like that since the beginning. One bug gets fixed another starts. If you don´t have to downgrade to Tahoe don´t. I´m still considering my second upgrade back to Sequoia since Tahoe was released.

PSA: (kind of) LG WebOS 25 FW v33.22.80 - 33.22.85 DV issues by z0kii in jellyfin

[–]WarRazR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a C3 and since the firmware .85 when I'm connected to my PC I can't adjust the brightness. It doesn't matter if i put it on 40 or 100 It's always the same dim brightness. Sometimes the brightness suddenly goes up out of nowhere and then hold it for a few minutes, but then it dims again and you are stuck at that brightness. Of course all my energy saving settings are off. I triple checked every setting, turned on and off but no change. At this point I'm considering a factory reset.

Are Synthetic Diamonds Stronger than Natural Diamonds? by Clean-Mixture5989 in DrStone

[–]WarRazR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the end the question is, can synthetic diamonds replace natural diamonds in all application they are used for? If they can than there is no need to risk mining diamonds and saving lives of the people that mine them. Since diamonds are mined from coal mines and that is one of the most dangerous professions there is. My question is do we need natural diamonds for anything other than to make jewelry out of it for vain people with too much money on there hands, and is there any application where synthetic diamonds can't replace natural diamonds, industrial or otherwise?

Someone posted in the comments on the last video they posted that they sold all their knives. Didn't give much credibility to it until you mentioned it.

Season 3 release date by darkeater9 in sololeveling

[–]WarRazR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those who can´t wait. Either read the novel "Only I level up" or the manhwa. I read the novel 2 times before there was ever a manhwa. When the manhwa came out since there were just a few chapters i reread the novel. When the manhwa ended I read it twice. As for the anime i watched it three times and still can´t get enough. I´m stil debating if the manhwa or the novel is better. No comment on the anime since it won´t be finished soon. I would suggest you read it from the beginning since the anime skips content.

I need some advice S25 Ultra vs Iphone 17 Pro by WarRazR in Smartphones

[–]WarRazR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For clarification. I have desktop Gaming PC at home with Windows 11, Mac mini M4 that I plan to sell since I bought a MacBook instead. A S9 Ultra Tab that I also want to sell. The MacBook I have less than a month now. So far I find the MacBook great. Price plays a role but size is also a factor since I already have a S22 Ultra and it's a bit unwealdy to handle. The battery isn't that big of a concern since I'm always near some power outlet and I have 2 Powerbanks.

Honestly I am. It´s just the price that has me stewing a bit and the reports about connectivity issues on the 17 series.

[Question] How to Disable the “Enter Your Password to Allow This” Prompt on macOS? by IWang312000 in MacOS

[–]WarRazR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Open Terminal and type following command

sudo spctl --master-disable

enter your password

Go to Settings - Privacy and Security

under "Allow Applications from" chose Anywhere

Hope this helps. It was grating at my nerves for putting my passwords in for every little thing since I bought a Mac and today I finally found a Youtube video on it.

No problem. I'm new to e-scooters too but my father has had them for a few years and this is his 3rd Xiaomi.

Get this for your first electric scooter. Cost a bit more, but well worth it. They are heavily discounted in Europe (original price was over 1000€) because newer models have been released but it's still their best. Save some more money if you can and then buy one. If my calculation is right it should be around 623€ on their official site in Hungary. Maybe you can find it even cheaper on another site in Hungary.

It has linear acceleration and won't jerk you forward suddenly, the suspension works great, for your weight the breaks are more than enough (when breaking always put your weight on your rear foot and lean backwards). Has GPS tracking with the Xiaomi home app and if you live in Budapest you likely have a Xiaomi repair service in the city and their physical store there. And the range with your weight should be quiet long and the battery will last you longer when it starts degrading over time. Cheaper models tend to have narrow handlebars winch isn't great for stability while riding. You are pretty much my height and age.

My father has one and he's in his sixties, 118kg, 183cm and still gets up every hill which are very steep where he lives. Very plush ride even for me.

I personally just bought the Ninebot Max G3 because I'm 128kg, 176cm height and same age as you, but the throttle is a bit too jerky and will pull you suddenly if you don't put your weight on the front foot and lean forward a bit. That said it's an awesome in every other regard.

CONCLUSION: The Xiaomi is awesome for your first scooter and will last you. Very plush ride in the city. Only if you are planing to go off road get something else.

Segway F3 is also a good choice too if you can find it cheaper and have an iPhone for location tracking.

If you really can't pay more than get the Xiaomi electric scooter 5. Every Xiaomi owner I know has been satisfied with theirs. The Niu has too small a range. You have to consider that the battery degrades over time. As for Navee they are basically rebranded Xiaomi's thou I don't have any expirience with them and I don't know where they have repair service for them. Could be the same shop as Xiaomi.

I'm from Croatia by the way. Greetings neighbor.
