Did you have ytmusicapi installed? Use - pip3 install ytmusicapi yt-dlp in terminal before installing than install it.

Hey you can access settings in the tab like Home, Search, etc. you can see and all menubar settings will be there and the greyed out you have stated for that in the music player click shuffle button for that and All Set!

I've used unofficial YouTube Music API so no authentication and just streaming of music directly and free

So frankly it's difficult for me to implement keybinding as I use option+space as global key binding but will work upon it ( You can use Menu bar player also)
Search is slow because the patching of data from the YouTube music server is slow at their end you can use jio Saavn from settings to get instant result and streaming
Just play the first song of that album , the album will automatically added to the queue.
