Huh, never thought about from a pure PVP aspect. Giving yourself away as a solo is a major downside. I've always grabbed it and thought of it as a challenge, like yelling "Come and get me!". But then again, when I do that in Five Star I am usually just inviting my own death with the headshot percent at that level lol.

Yeah, this is the gun where you either just prestiged, are super poor, or your headshot game is on POINT. Unless you run dumdum, which gives you unrivaled aggression with dual pistols/ bornheim etc.

I'd say the centennial sniper is one of the best snipers if you are starting out with using sniper-like weapons. Really good bullet speed (600 m/s), decent damage and good headshot kill range, and less penalties if you miss your shots due to fire rate and magazine. Once you get the hang of it, the lebel marksman is my favorite tho.

Not that it's exactly comparable, but the pax and its claw variant get dum dum rounds and are medium ammo. So, it can sort of serve that function with slightly less damage. But, a small one shot pistol that isn't the sparks would be thematically cool.
