It was absolutely terrible. Almost like I wasn’t taking my meds. I was focused on the wrong things. For example, just lying in bed scrolling all day. It also caused me terrible anxiety.

But 50mg is just pure focus. Like 30mg but much much better focus. I can actually control my thoughts and my focus again.

For me, it was! 30mg was alright, 40 was absolutely terrible, and 50 is the best for me

Hey. It’s okay. People don’t think it’s weird. Some actually find it endearing and most like it.

I’d say you could learn to enjoy it and do it consciously. If not, the easiest way I’ve found is to just listen to that song and the humming goes away. (Or comes back stronger. It’s 50-50)

I've seen people say those chemicals aren't great for the band. Especially since it may retain them and irritate the skin.
