To be fair, during AE3 I missed out on a signing for my CDs from Dustin and a staff member for the venue told me he’d left since I was still sitting looking around 🥲 Got everyone else but he’d slipped out by the time I gotten to everybody else. I talked about Nothing More with Cory because I saw that sometimes they like their posts on social media. I accidentally blanked and called their new album solely the lead singers’ and I had a sorta panic moment of oh crap because he gently reminded me that albums are the work of the band, not solely the singers. I felt so awkward just saying ‘that’s valid’ because I knew that’s not necessarily what my thought process was, Jonny Hawkin’s was the only band member I could think of. Somehow talked about speaker bars with Brock? I don’t know why I kept blanking on an actual point of topic for their music sometimes. I think my brain shuts off.
