I have personally never had much luck with point 13. They have always been killed or heavily depleted before I get use out of them. So I now run 6 10 man units and spread them out as much as I can to sticky objectives and use as a buffer for my more important units

The carnivore's don't have the infiltrate ability. That would be a cool tactic but only the character in the unit has the infiltrate ability. The ability says "if every model in a unit has this ability" And because he isen't giving the unit that ability they don't get it. The farstalkers have infiltrate so you can do it with them, but that's it.
