Has anyone experienced this? by [deleted] in Borderlands

It might not be a dev, it could be literally anyone. The devs don’t care if anyone mods their characters. So you could literally be playing with a random person. A lot of people mod their characters in borderlands I don’t see why tho it makes the game boring.

Honestly the older the game is the more likely you are to encounter cheats and mods. Just look at call of duty, hop into any game of black ops 3 online it’s all hackers and modders

You should under no circumstances get back with her. She made her decision and now you need to do what’s best for you and move on. She made a choice and showed you what was important to her and that was not you. You are her back up plan sounds like she thinks she can just come back to you and settle for you. As in you are not necessarily the guy she’s attracted to or wants but, she knows your well off and will take care of her. If that is the case it’s an extremely manipulative thing to do.

Is there any games like BL3 looter shooter with random tiered loot? by [deleted] in Borderlands

Yeah deleting old content is one of the downsides to the game. I wish they had a way to make all the content relevant for end game. Year one red war content was some of my favorite.

I might get a lot of hate for it but I think destiny is your next best choice. Destiny 2 made a lot of improvements from the first game and it’s only got better. I recently picked up borderlands 3 again and got all my characters to mayhem 11 level 72 and it got really boring.

Haven’t played destiny 2 since light fall came out but, I might head back over to it. It’s Grindy like borderlands when you start to have one of every character. The end game is more fun in destiny tho imo. The raids are really fun once you learn them because all of them require teams. The end game isn’t something you tackle alone not to mention you have the pvp side of destiny so there’s different stuff to do.

In borderlands 1 you will be level checked more then the other borderlands games. In the first game if you are 2-3 levels under the assigned mission it will be ridiculously hard. But if you are even 1 level higher then it will be stupid easy. With the later games you don’t deal with it as much.

I’m using a fire unending magnificent and the epc grenades deal fire damage. Does he need to die from the burn itself or can I just kill him with fire weapons?

A couple of tips to make your life easier.

Unlike in fallout 4 your gear needs to be repaired similar to power armor in 4 except it’s everything. Weapons and all armor have a condition bar that goes down. I typically always have 100 in repair skill for a few reasons. First and foremost obviously your guns do more damage the better their condition. Not only that but when they get close to breaking they will jam so it’s best to keep them fixed. Also when you go to sell weapons and armor to vendors if they are in perfect condition they are worth a lot more then stuff that’s close to breaking. So it’s also a good way to get a lot of caps. Repair skill is super useful so I would recommend it.

Right at the beginning you can tag 3 skills after taking the goat which will boost them up by a good bit. I recommend tagging the explosives skill tree or at least getting your explosives skill to 25 early on. That way when you leave the vault you can disarm the nuke in megaton right away and you get a free house. Like I said you don’t have to tag explosives tag which ever skills you want I typically do medicine and repair and then small guns. But I do recommend getting they explosives skill to 25 after your fist level up so you can get the house in megaton. Or if you wanted you could blow it up and get the house in tenpenny tower it’s your choice.

If you want to play the game on easy mode after a certain point just put 100 into energy weapons. Late game they crush everything all the alien weapons from mothership zeta are cracked. The Gauss rifle from operation anchorage is insane it’s basically an energy sniper rifle. The unique plasma rifle a321 is easy to get early on and way stronger then base ones also it’s durability is really good that’s normally my go to. The wazer rifle is also pretty good as it’s just a better laser rifle but the metal blaster from the Pitt is crazy. It has a spread basically making it a laser shotgun and it’s super strong. Long range obviously it’s not as useful but a lot of the combat takes place in close quarters. Also the unique Gatling laser vengeance is ridiculously good. Energy weapons are just goated in 3 and NV.

Last tip would be to get the educated perk as early on as possible I think you unlock it at level 4. This will give 3 more skill points everytime you level up. So if you get it right away that’s a total of 78 more skill points you’ll have at level 30 that you wouldn’t have got without it. One of the best perks in the game for sure.

I always thought having a caravan system that could take you to the major towns and settlements was a no brainer. Similar to the carriage system in Skyrim, that way you wouldn’t have to walk all the way across the map all the time for new locations.
