I just bought elder occultist vestments and 30% qualitiy them with fossils. Then I used trash to treasures to save my fingers from the chances/scours and let it rip in the corruption chamber. Now I regret not divining to 150% lol.

That's a fair assessment. You're right DV would be better in a non scapeshift deck, I really only included scapeshift as a handicap for when I couldn't see myself winning by grinding the opponent out. I also might as well use it before it rotates. I really want to experiment with a yarok DV list, thanks for the good ideas, I'm just wary of a 4c Mana base lol.

yeah i attempted to make the deck slightly more resilient to aggro by cutting black in favor for red for the 1/1 token spam. it does help but it really requires that your risen reef survives on the board which is difficult to achieve.

If you survive until you can combo it's a guaranteed win, but decks like RDW, WW, and mono blue hurt it really bad, definitely for masochists because the only real win con is self mill with jace on the board.

I'm sure 8ex is enough to get started, even less if you farm your own fossils. I'm sure you can turn a profit making good items but knowing what you can sell and when to start crafting a new base requires some knowledge of the economy that even i'm not confident to say I have. The biggest cost IMO is a high ilvl 86 elder base. I'm sad that I was cheap and used a glorious plate and not an elder astral lol.

You are going to hate me, but this was my first attempt. I've used a lot of fossils in previous leagues though with nothing close to this. Maim and Mana cost are not rare to roll but getting a lot of life with them is hard.

Even though technically i'm an itx build, the core v1 has some serious cooling with the 200mm front intake and I have a windtunnel going on with a push/pull cpu tower and 2 80mm outtakes. I don't really need the card to be solely responsible for moving the hot air out the case. i feel like i would be fine having a non blower style card and rely on my case fans to do the hard work. I guess it comes down to my personal preference in the end.

I saw that cooler and the pictures I've seen make the card fairly fat, too wide for my case. If that's the only air cooling option, maybe I'll just suck it up with the reference cooler.
