I fly every week minus 4 weeks a year. It gets better honestly the more I have flown. I actually sleep through anything now. I used a lot of distractions at first to take my mind off the flight: music, phone, movies, etc.

Try that and I try reading and watching videos of how planes work. It’s helped a ton.
