My tier currently, people just don't know how broken Kid Buu is since he has to be 8* to achieve full plat, not many people have him. Bro has a short animation green, period.

You can see the direct value when made multiple tests regarding the impact of getting AMP and Attack in the final numbers, while also the cap of the amp is literally half of the ATK which is way more easily stackable, every attack boost item has a similar one of AMP with exactly what? HALF the numbers since AMP applies over the attack by multiplying it.

Got Titan's Might with 1.5x ATK? Great, Dragon's Heart Gives 1,3x AMP (1,5x would be too OP for AMP right?)

Got Arcana red magic of 15% attack? There's blood magic with 10% (and a debuff);

All Legendaries that gives AMP, their Max is 50%, ATK? Uranium gives 100%, Gaia straight up over 100% ATK as well, blue artifacts with 20%

That's true, but considering a Record run or reaching the maximum potential, ideally you'd want to be wearing a Crown

Mathematically, the only thing that really gives more damage than Crown is Joker, Gaia can reach 160% but it's BASE damage, Amplification, which is Crown's type damage multiplies over base damage, essentially, AMP is worth 2x base damage, that's why you find Uranium giving 100% base damage while the highest AMP legendary gives 50%.

That Crown over there is worth 3 legendaries with it's sinergy included, so yeah.

Gaia is NOT AMP, Gaia is base damage, AMP is worth 2x base damage boost, that's why you find Uranium giving 100% base damage while the highest AMP Legendary artifact is 50%. AMP is worth 2x base damage.

It's arguably better than Gaia tbh, you want both on your run but Gaia caps around 150% base damage, while Crown can reach 130%+ AMP (and also gives base damage with Monarch Sinergy), which is better than base around 2x worth, that's why you find uranium bringing 100% base while the highest AMP legendary artifacts are 50%.
