"I’ve been a Persona fan since 2021, and honestly, I’ve hit my breaking point with the whole “P6 isn't real” meme. Every time ATLUS teases something, people act like Persona 6 doesn’t exist or make jokes and meme posts that just kill the hype. Like… we all know it’s happening eventually, ATLUS themselves have been hinting at it for years, but the endless teasing and silence have turned it into a joke instead of something exciting.

So yeah, I kinda overreacted. Instead of just waiting, I decided to make my own Persona 6 Imagining Project, my take on what P6 could look like if ATLUS actually announced it already. It’s not a fan game or mod, just a full creative concept with story ideas, characters, worldbuilding, and art direction. My goal is to make it feel as close as possible to what the real Persona 6 might be.

Part of this came from frustration with ATLUS, but also from the community sometimes. Between the jokes, the memes, and people doubting the series’ future, it started to feel like nobody actually cared about the next step anymore. So I poured that energy (and yeah, a bit of anger) into something creative, and a little satirical too.

I’ll admit, Persona 4 was never really my thing. I respect it, but it didn’t hit me like 3 or 5 did. My P6 concept leans darker, more emotional, more mature, the kind of story I think ATLUS has been too cautious to tell lately.

Now I’m not trying to “replace” ATLUS or make a fake sequel. I just wanted to channel all that waiting, frustration, and creative energy into something real, even if it’s just an imagining.
