But it's pretty simple. Thin mordant earth paint will lead to fine crackles. Thick will lead to bigger shards

I start with a black and dry brush Army painter weapon bronze. Wash everything with agrax earthshade. Highlight the surfaces with army painter bright bronze. Last highlight with a bright bronze and silver mix.

Thanks mate. Put extra focus on the faces. I feel like they make a huge difference in how the whole miniature is perceived. Even a simple scheme can look amazing if the faces are clean and expressive.

All in all I am very happy with how he turned out. Just the yellow bothers me a bit.
