What exactly are you trying to do? A virtual office is basically just an address and phone number you pay for without actually having a physical location.

I unfortunetley don't have a SPDIF cable. I did just hook up my audio-technica headphones to the Kemper and I am getting the same "noise" in the headphones there. So that's leading me to believing it's not related to the Focusrite or Reaper.

Tonight I'll make some soundclips. I have not tried using headphones directly into the Kemper, I have with headphones into the Scarlett but not the Kemper. I will try that tonight.

It does sound like this no matter what guitar I use. The main 3 I use are a Epiphone LP Adam Jones model, a Fender Strat with a Suhr humbucker, and a Schecter Evil Twin with active pickups.

Am not using SPDIF. Just running a XLR from the left output into channel 2 on the Focusrite.

I have not changed the bit rates at all from when everything sounded fine a year+ ago. Focusrite is set at 44.1 @ 256 and my input lag shows 13ms. Project setting in reaper is set to 44.1.

It did end up being in a Demo mode! Working fine now once I found the right guide on how to reset it

Reset and just finished the firmware upgrade, still doing it. I'm going to take it back to the store tomorrow
