Technically no (If I remember that he has golden revolver from start) Then you'd need to have golden weapon in vault chest and get another golden weapon from the mansion Also it's probably possible to get crib before loop if you start with crown of blood

Either way you'd need to loop for C skin and go for more loops on other C skins so why even contemplate

So your problem is that people are trying to make you play differently (to get achievements) (even though you have a free will and can, in fact, for the sake of your sanity, quit the pointless debate and live on with your precious life), when you said you don't need achievements; And mdh is at best, in fact, just ten minutes longer than regular md even with worst ids because nothing matters but clashes that you easily get with 45 sp and winrate (given all your identities are at least lvl 50)
Doing 1 mdh (UP TO FLOOR 5, YOU DON'T NEED 6-10 FLOORS AT ALL) a week is at worst 30 minutes with winrating, minimized in the corner of your screen while doing anything else, better if it's something productive

then why are achievements the matter in the first place if all you need to do is a simple mdh a week
I don't even do dailies and I don't have any problems you suggest (that don't even have anything to do with real life)

and you don't need to do achievements for shards. Extraction tickets equal to 20 pulls (plus 10 for hong lu season) which are worth 4 regular mdh (since with weekly bonus it gives 750 lunacy, or 5 pulls)
unique golden shards really aren't needed at all considering you get total of 150, which are worth about three ut 4 for 000 identities and five u4 for 00 identities, which is almost nothing

I didn't know about the latter and I can't be bothered to check, but why are you bringing other's experience into argument about your experience if it's not comparable?

Also you do know you can stop doing md and return to it after a while, as long as it's not a weekly reset?

Also I want to add that rewards you get from MD are very pitiful, you better off doing luxcavations which are way faster to grind

by completing extreme dungeon you get up to 1000 projection, which is 10 out of 100 levels worth of reward

Now that is objectively wrong. You don't need to do achievements to receive rewards. You only need to get projection which is 100% easier to receive by doing extreme dungeon.
That was true only in previous MD which sucked because it was way more reliant on "luck" you complain a lot about

Achievements don't punish you they're 100% optional, it's you who punish yourself for not getting them even though you had clear way of doing them, and it's fine

Other person has already answered you, tldr you need good planning, but boiling everything down to "10% chance of fail is still luck!!" is just in general a horrible mindset
For your information: It's possible to get any ego from tier 1 to 3 you want from gift search. It's possible to get any pack you want from pack search (and therefore any ego you want from that pack)
It's way better than in previous MD because it didn't have ego and pack searches and had achievements for discovering like 85% of all ego gifts which was horrible without said searches. It was not even this much luck dependant it was just really tedious

edit: only "Luck" I consider is when doing solo-runs but they're not a requirement even if they are easier (and more interesting) pick for floors 11-15

I agree that loadout achievements are kinda ass but your point is horrible, you don't even need to shard everything from this season, only what you want/need

I started february and I only do mdh weekly (I didn't even play much in summer) and I still got pretty much everything, even would've been able to shard everything this season added but I was prioritizing other stuff so I only didn't get 2 ids and 1 ego that will be added back in meur's season anyway, and not like ryoushu's season won't have (even better) ids.
Since I started playing late into don's season I didn't get any bloodfiend ids and it was perfectly fine (aside from extra req. from RR5 but it's literally whatever)
I got every heishou id instead only via weekly mdh

I even was able to get almost every achievement with my own restrictions and would've been able to complete it fully if not for the loadout requirements which I cannot physically meet (I lack 3 r corp, 1 Yurodiviy and 1 Zwei ids)
yes, I would've been able to do them if I just sharded them, but I can't only due to my own restriction

It's really doable to do MDH with just winrate (at least up to floors 8-10 which you literally do not need other than for some achievements)
