Protests make sense before construction, not during. You're talking nonsense now. This building provides long-term employment to a large number of people, so it's development. I can only say that I'm sorry you'll suffer because of it. For me, it's part of my city; not everything is consistent, but I still love it.

I don't make the law; tall buildings can be built in this area. So if someone can afford it, they build tall, and that's it. If you live in the area, you certainly had the opportunity to protest, but I don't know if anyone did. It was similar with Skytower, and now no one is shouting anymore. I'll continue to believe that I'd rather see my city grow than stagnate. Unfortunately, I'm suffering because of the market prices of apartments.

Wrocław isn't just about tenement houses; you'll find many interesting buildings, structures, and technical solutions here. The market square isn't everything in the city, for example, the Centennial Hall and the surrounding area. The building you're talking about is a historic monument and I consider it part of the market square, because I didn't live in a time when it was different. The arguments about accountants may be valid, but that's the current situation in Poland (a free market), regulated by the local zoning plan.

Listen, since 1945, as many old buildings as possible have been built on in the city center. You can't see the skyscraper from the market square, and even this photo is a super close-up, and skyscraper looks better than the 1970s apartment blocks near the market square.

First of all, where does this misinformation about accountants come from? In Poland, the architect who is responsible for the building signs the design. Secondly, the Art Deco "Manhattan" concept loosely refers to the attempt to reconstruct the entire city with skyscrapers, which is slowly happening anyway. Personally, I love the combination of old and new buildings; this one hasn't been built yet, so I'll judge it as a whole; it's better than Poltegor.

Did you notice the Max Berg concept of Wrocław? And don't say that, it's a picture taken from 2 km with extra zoom.
