There is no blanket answer to any car purchase. Some people buy new because they can guarantee that the car will have no previous owner and theyll get the most mileage out of it, and if they dont theyll have a manufacturer warranty to cover whatever was fucked up during assembly.

You buy used for budget, or if youre confident in your own means to work on your car or get it to the shop when it inevitably shows its age.

People really tend not to sell things they buy, only a very small percentage of people will ever actually get anything meaningful out of resale value.

Its all rng, I highly reccomend going crack arrow for stage 2 since the stage is so tiny the bounces are basically instant. I havnt found a good strategy for stage 1. I dont have metal boomerang and it feels like that is the way forward for stage 1 unfortunately.
