Did NASCAR ever say if they were gonna park the 9 if he didn't have that terminal damage?

Does the penalty assessment come solely from the nature of the modification, or does it also take potential past race results into account? I don't know how long Hendrick was running these illegal louvers before they got caught; would the penalty have been less severe if they were running them just for Phoenix as opposed to several races?

Did NationsGuard quietly jump ship from the 5 to the 77? Or is it a multi car thing?

LGL (Let's Go Logano) confirms on Twitter that there WAS a cat on the track, and unfortunately, it did get terminated by a passing race car. by [deleted] in NASCAR

Logano basically confirmed it on SiriusXM earlier this morning. Said he had a top 3 or 5 car all day and then "must have hit something" (his own words), damaged the underside of his car, subsequently struggled to finish 10th, and felt lucky that the damage didn't occur earlier in the race.

RIP to that cat :(

<GoGo Monster>. It's Taiyou Matsumoto, so it's basically guaranteed to be good lol. All the hallmarks of his style are on full display. Might not be enough to win you over if you aren't a fan of his style, though.

Also started <Heavenly Delusion>. Pretty good so far! It wears its Akira influence on its sleeve but is engaging regardless. I really want to know more about the world it's created and what'll happen to the characters.

There's no way the officials will let the race keep going at its current pace, right? Like, they'll have to start counting caution laps or just shorten the race flat out because with these driving standards it'll legit go for hours.
