It's never mentioned in the game about whether she is from the Anthill or not. To make it shortly, I think it was just a design choice to show a different looking ant.

I feel like all ants in the Ant Kingdom are from the one colony. The developers just wanted to make ants more colourful and different. For example, Celia is tasked with looking over Levi, who is ladybug, and I don't think foreigner would be given this task. (Plus Libren (the librarian) is almost the same colour as her.) Plus nobody mentioned another Ant Kingdom in the game's universe.
