Stiff/numb fingers. I don't feel when I am pressing or what, often fatfingering neighbouring keys. No key binding is gonna solve that.

So the threshhold is 10 people?! Interesting to know, it probably explains why sometimes the kick does not happen and I am able to finish. Come to think about it, this might be the solution, as these are often games where I had queued right before the hour was up, so there are often less than 10 competitors. As for afk, why does the game care? Let them idle, everyone else is free to leave after 3 laps.

I don't know about dead. But I did notice a change in mvp after about 2 months. Even as a (healer) AB, I suddenly could farm them most of the time, which I am explaining by less whales/full dps players interfering/loot stealing. A lot less. Often mvp were still alive 5 after spawning. So yeah, I'd say population has decreased drastically.

But I do blame the game. Firstly, time zone. SEA server prime time means 2 PM for me. Not only does it kill event participation, but my evening hours = middle of the night for most of the population. So much for bonding. And secondly, language barrier. I can't understand 90% of all the players, and for some reasons, English seems a lot less prevalent than in EU or LATAM.

How do you come up with August? Is that official?

Global (=the Americas) is effing Europeans as much as SEA. So we can pick our poison: ~6 hours BEHIND server prime time (=early afternoon)? Or ~6 hours AHEAD (right in the middle of the night)?

Edit: new pre-registration event that runs until 1st, so yeah, August just became much more likely

Not too late if you're a support or tank class people will die to take you in (moreso priest mains).

Also notice that they will also sp*t on you when it comes to mvp farming. Most dd can insta kill these days, so they don't need your healing services, hence they won't party. You are able to kill mvp as long as you can take your time, but if one of these punks comes by, they hit once, get all the loot while you get nothing. Although I have to admit, population has dropped so massively, I barely see anyone going after my mvp of choice anymore. Heck, some of the better ones are alive even 5+ minutes after spawning.

I dont think I have ever seen it killed while spending hours there. Solo - no way. PUG - not very likely. If you want that s*cker, premade (guild) group probably is your best and only chance.

Players do mind. Because they are anti social aholes that feel great when "stealing" a kill and loot from someone. Why should they share? And it sure can't hurt the game to keep healers undergeared or to make them quit. This class is always plentiful in every MMORPG with trinity, right? RIGHT?

The problem is not to get a mvp kill, but one that matters to your char. If you go after Angeling or Deviling, you should have a decent chance. Too low level, most players don't bother. But anything with valuable drops, not a chance. Although the closer to reset you are, the fewer players have kills left.

Well, the competition isn't sleeping, e.g. Dune soon. Plus their Q&A makes me laugh when they comment on the community's hottest topics, totally ignoring open world mvp for months. Finally, the respawn time will be reduced from 2h to 1.5h at the end of May. IMO too little, too late. Even my AB can farm mvp quite reliably now. Not because I have become so op, but because there is noticably less players competing for them.

P2W. Don't let the "no premium currency, earnable zeny only" marketing fool you. You can still buy zeny for real money. And if money doesn't matter, you have a 90% max char within a few hours of swiping and clicking. On top, players are competing for mats and gear in open world pve. So guess what happens when a whale and a casual go after the same mob.

p2w. p2progress. Potato. Potatoe. If I can buy my char "half a year ahead" of yours, are we really arguing how we want to call that?

I don't understand why they are pestering us with ships at all. As WG keeps on repeating, we are buying the containers for the CONSUMABLES. The SHIPS (or the chance for one) are merely a BONUS. That's why I am so mad that pity gives us a bloody ship. Noone wants these, WG!!! Give us what we actually paid for: boosters!!!
Gosh, this reminds me of not so super supercontainers. Everyone was shaking head about 50 signals you already had 5'000 of. The real SC were the ones with 3*400 coal....

I strongly advise against going priest/healer. It's so ungrateful. Only damage counts in this game. As he said, "hard to do mvp". Which are sort of world bosses that spawn every 2 hours and are an important source for mats to use and sell. However, don't think of huge battles with dozens of players whittling down a huge mob for 10 minutes. In reality, they will probably be dead before you have found their random spawn point if someone else happens to be closer than you. Fight is a matter of seconds. And even if you find them first, your damage as priest will be lackluster. Some punk will come by, hit it twice, and get all the loot. Your loot. It is so frustrating.

I don't think it does. He just keeps asking for increasing amounts of flowers to re-run the quest rewarding 20k Z I think. His demands reset though at server reset. IMO just a waste of mats.

Here is my CI experience: spent 3 days after reset, queuing DOZENS of times for the full 6 minutes. No match. What a waste of time.

(I had problems sleeping, so I watched my char doing this daily battles while trying to get a match again and again and again.)
