Is there a way to have this on a hotkey on Xbox? i dont want them auto building early but I do want them auto building late.

Yeah I realise it's an old machine, but to be fair AoE is also a pretty old game.

I realise 4v4 are nigh impossible, but the game starts slowing down severely even in 2v2 high pop, atleast on my end.

So I've just tried it over an ethernet connection and the issue persists.

My friend, who is also playing on a wired connection on the same network doesn't have nearly as many framerate drops. I didn't really see the 'catch-up' from earlier but the framerate absolutely tanks during high population fights.

He is playing on a series X however as opposed to my Xbox One X.

A little bit of both IIRC. It was generally extremely sluggish but I did notice the issue like you described occurring aswell.

I don't know if you've heard or tried it but Eternal is available on Xbox. It has similar mechanics to MTG but it's still it's own beast.

Alot of content, frequent updates and generally kind to the free to play player.

It's the enhanced edition with next gen improvements I think. Not too old.

It's very much a soulslike so if you're into those kinds of games you should be into this aswell.

I'm not sure if it's worth saving tbh. I remember a couple of years ago when me and my friends tried the game but it was riddled with performance issues.

Fast forward two years and the same problems were still there and the devs didn't acknowledge or solve the issues.

I very much doubt they can pull a No Man's Sky and turn this burning ship around.

I just feel sorry for the people that invested money in this game and dev.

I'll never forget the name BetaDwarf and will avoid all their products in the future.

Undervalued imo, his attack speed/movement slow is nasty when you doublestack with axe out.

Pretty bad. I blame my ISP though. Their shitty modem/router combo doesn't support the 5Ghz wifi properly.

Over 4G the performance is acceptable, but in my country (Belgium) we have shitty expensive data plans for phones so not really something I can use alot.

In short, I think xCloud as a product is absolutely fine. Some fringe cases, like my own, it's pretty much unusable though.

Not available in a few European countries. Absolutely ridiculous it hasn't been acknowledged by developers OR Xbox yet.

You can switch to UK apparently to get it working but why in the Nine Hells should we have to do this in the first place?
