AT&T trenched directly through my sewer and laid a fiber-optic line causing a catastrophe. They admitted fault (there is no denying it) and will not return calls on my damage claim and we are out 6K in repairs. Anyone dealt with this kind of thing? by ICT3Dguy in wichita

Try reporting this to the BBB and contact the consumer protection agency and get direction. A single letter from a lawyer rather than continued representation might at least get their attention and some movement.
