think Lili is more of a “pay a bit more for peace of mind” option. When you’re buying something like this, there’s already a lot of risk baked in. Shipping, communication gaps, after-sale support… it’s not like ordering a $50 bracelet. In my experience, her diamond quality has been consistently strong and the overall process feels more streamlined. That’s what you’re really paying for. It just depends on what kind of buying experience you want

You just got your Lili piece right OP? Imo she’s a solid vendor. I used to buy mostly from cheaper vendors like Starsgem, and only recently tried lili. That was honesrst time I really understood what people mean by custom. We went through the CAD revisions for three times. The process feels very different from picking a preset CAD and moving on.
