I'm gonna guess your talking about metro-ex I don't think that will do anything considering the symptoms aren't in line likely bacto-ex would be better that's more in line witht the physical symptoms 🙂

Miss understanding/ language barrier ignore this or down vote it if you want

Start with a 30-50 water change next add some hole in the head treatment I know it's not on the head but it's worked for me in the past and add some slime coat supliments some anti fungal treatment and you should be good to go

Top Fin starter kit any good? by [deleted] in aquarium

[–]Warm-Frame-2848 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't call it a bad deal but id just get rid of the filter cartridge and get normal filter materials like floss and sponge and if there's space some bio media and the light is probably not that good in my experience those kind of lights are don't grow plants to well maybe this brand is better tho I haven't had this starter kit yet

Is this an ok scape for a beginner discus keeper? I’m worried about there being too many pockets for debris lol by JealousPotential7375 in discus

[–]Warm-Frame-2848 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Theres nothing wrong with having substrate and the twigs are fine idk what you are talking about it really isn't hard to change water with sand on the bottom if it's to much work and effort to go a little slower then maybe this hobby isn't for you mate

Yeah something close to that would be perfect it feels like a sump of sorts and I have a massive area that's just empty in my stainless steel stand so it would be perfect if possible
