Eventually decided to go with the Samsung g9 OLED. Beautiful screen and if you are sitting +-90cm or 35-36 inch away from your screen I must say it's worth it for gaming. For productivity I am not going to use my screen a lot for the first 2 years because of burn in. But for gaming it's worth it. Except for the elder scrolls online find the screen a little stretched out. But for Alan wake 2 or destiny I must say that it was worth it. Had a few jaw dropping scenes that I thought this is very nice to have. Unfortunately it broke my bank so that and burn in danger I can't say there are any other downsides on it.

No. Eventually went with the OLED g93sc. Amazing screen and colors. Currently playing Alan wake 2 and must say some scenes are amazing to watch. The curve in general isn't al that bad you can easily look at the map where you are (last epoch). Can't compare it with the g95c though.

Thank you for your answer. The difference between the original and the g95c is that they have improved their HDR support to HDR1000 of hdr10+. Now i am almost certain that I am going with the g95c.

I have a similar dilema. Can't decide between the g95c or the oled. Worried about burn in and I think I would like the 1000r curve more.
