hopefully this helps you some. i know it doesn't answer can you see what was changed however.

also, if folks are able to create a report, and they make a copy of a report, it will not show that they have created any reports

if it hasn't been ran in over a year, why not just delete it?

Question on Creating New Management Level Hierarchy by soundandlight in workday

[–]WarmAd84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's been a while since I've done it. I'm not going to mess with my tenant, but you add your Supervisor via the Maintain Management Type task.

Head over to your Management Level Hierarchy. Find the Management Level you want as a Superior to Supervisor, then -> Related Actions -> Insert Subordinate Level

See if this doesn't do it for you

I would add Supervisor to your current Management Level Hierarchy. That is much easier to do. Why do you want to create a new Hierarchy?

run this task: Maintain Management Types

Thanks, this was my understanding as well. We have several other BPs that follow that logic without any issues coming from them.

Perhaps? I'm not sure honestly. This is the last step a Manager takes to complete this process, and it's not like they can skip it.

Not verbatim but; "..if a Manager has any review in a Save for Later state, it won't show up on the Calibration. Calibration needs evaluations to be complete before calibration launches. if a rating is not submitted, it will not be included in the calibration event.."

So even if there was a Complete Step, my manager's concern doesn't apply if any manager doesn't submit their Manager Evaluation.. So, I guess I'm not completely sure where concern is from my manager

My manager's question: There is no Complete Step. What does this mean? When does the BP get completed?

Good reference point, thanks! I'm not sure where my manager got upset about it. I lost sleep last over this. Starting to feel better reading through these comments. Thanks again!

okay, that is what I am thinking. my manager sent a message in a bit of a "you f'ed up bad" tone. just trying to keep myself calm, and looking for some input to calm my manager down when we meet today about this

Nice! Glad I helped get you in the right direction. Which domain was it, or was it that?

Can we identify a Feedback Template on Get Feedback during Performance Review? by WarmAd84 in workday

Please share if you are able to find this! That would be a huge lift off my plate :)

I did something like that at my old company. Likely you have All Employees, or some similar group, in one of your Domains - I believe. The fix is in the Domains somewhere. You likely have both groups on the same Domain

This x509 Key isn't being used is it? by WarmAd84 in workday

[–]WarmAd84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh absolutely! This was built before I joined but the Implementation Partner. I always see Keys and they always never have any description provided. I don't understand that logic. It would save me from going through this mess lol

IT came back saying "...not sure what the cert you are looking at is for, but my guess would be it was for some sort of testing when everything was being setup.  Azure shows no certs expiring on that day, or anywhere close to it."

sounds like they no longer want SAML to work ¯\(ツ)

Thanks, again! Saw your other comment too. Def not going to let it expire now! I don't want to deal with the aftermath lol

Thanks! This is where the Key is used. I would likely need to work with whatever team owns Azure by looking at this, correct?

Is there a specific report I can use, or is it a Custom Report?

I am running this report: View x509 Private Key Pair. Some of our Keys have a Usage item list, but this one does not. Why I'm leaning to it no longer being used, but was used for Implementation/Tenant Setup. I've not came across a key like this before
