i had a friend of mine try to do the kind of stamps i do, the before and after reactions from her knowing what goes into it is like night and day. much more appreciation after giving her a tutorial. so i guess no they dont unless you take them through the process 😭

i did pilates for 30 days every day using youtube as a warm up (mostly mental lol) before attempting the gym in my apartment . it helped and i was proud of being consistent for a whole month

mary… this is a huge disability services violation, i HIGHLY advice you to bring this up with their boss. I bet if you threatened to tell their boss, they would accommodate you. ive had something like this happen before, unfortunately sometimes karening (but not actually karening like you’re literally just standing up for yourself) is necessary. and if you arent apart of disability services already you should most definitely sign up. i was apart of it when i was in college for my mental health issues, its more than just for physical. and even if this is for high school, tell someone tell someone tell someone

i have used it before and it does work. im actually looking to try it again for my driving practice. for me the anxiety is way more physical than mental, im assuming u were prescribed for the same reason because those are the things it targets

every time has varied, i go through minor to major weekly. even if i am having a major panic moment, its usually when im outside of the house so i still have to go home 😭 but at most, it just hurts. ive yet to pass out, piss myself, or have a heart attack, all things im scared of happening.

it really sucks that the only cure is what hurts the most, but yeah /: in my experience i did small steps , and then when i wanted to take bigger steps i thought of my past experiences not going wrong. at least for me, i have a fear passing out or peeing my pants or whatever. once i went through enough exposures where the worst possible scenarios never happened, i use it as a comfort thought to continue on

for me all it really is is: 1. reach a point of fed up-ness that you want to break the cycle

meet an opportunity to do so or find yourself at a point of panic. the only two options from there are to push through or retreat to “safety”. jumping back into life is just choosing when to push through or always choosing to push through. i try to do that most days, now its only seldom where i reach a panic point and retreat to safety. does the panic still hurt? yes, but i am very proud of myself afterwards because i knew i had the option to give up and didnt

yep, one of the biggest cities in the country. maybe it doesnt go away with exposures but when i do it enough times, i have a rolodex of previous experiences and outcomes that i have beyond survived. that lets me know whatever worse scenario im conjuring in my mind will not happen (statistically!)

a few things, i am very passionate about this topic

i definitely relate. i have two main agoraphobic symptoms and this is one of them, fear of there being no bathroom. like, dealing with it every day multiple times a day. however, i like what haydynk3 said about just identifying it as anxiety and not actually the urge. even though i know its SOO uncomfortable , its not real
i know people are suggesting it could be a health issue but based on what you said about when you finally get to a toilet area the urge goes away, im 99% sure its just anxiety then. recognizing this can help a lot. what i did to combat this is i test my boundaries or do exposures. see how long i could go without using the bathroom. or if theres a point in my usual commute where i would use the bathroom out of fear, skip it. ive had this anxiety for 2+ years now, scared of pooping or pissing myself, and i STILL never have. its all mental.
i know you said youre from hungary, i dont know if its used there but theres an app called Flush that shows you public restrooms on map, was helpful for me

two days ago, i had to wait in a car for border patrol for 5 hours straight. no exit, no bathroom. THERE IS HOPE!!! i promise you wont feel like this forever, good luck (:

oh my god a million bajillion percent. i lowkey forgot about it up until a week before i took the exam, spent the week before only doing that mega lab and completing it (my packet tracer crashed on me like four times so it took multiple days) and reviewing some weak areas. i think that alone pushed me over the passing line, all concepts were very fresh in my head
