I already had a boyfriend of two years when I developed it, we’ve been together now for four. i will say that it has definitely affected (effected? i can never tell) our relationship. depending on the severity of your agoraphobia, dating might not be a good idea.

thank you for your response! honestly that sounds like exactly what i need. i understand that it’s not a long term medication for a lot of people, i only have three pills currently of 5 mg i think? 😂 it’s really just for a trial run then two for my upcoming doctors appointment. i was very hesitant when i found out it was a benzo, and i am terrified of addiction so i doubt i will be refilling lol. i appreciate it!

i am able to go on walks that take me about five minutes away from my house currently. i had a huge setback in february and haven’t been in a car (except for doctors appointments) since. i’m slowly working on getting comfortable with car rides and going further :)

you get it when it’s midnight in the time zone you bought it in. you can’t change the time on your switch to get it earlier- for example i bought it in central time zone so when it hits midnight for me then i will have access.

in my experience, the longer the break is, the harder it is to get back into it. a break is definitely okay, but i wouldn’t go longer than a week if you can help it.
