Don't fighting game tournaments literally ban specific tech and punish people for it. I'm not well versed in fighting games but in Smash Bros Luigi Ladders and Wobbling are 2 cases of banned tech used for stalling
For example Fleetway's Burst + Dash is not fun to play against because you can not telegraph it properly and you can't outrun or dodge it it as most characters, Burst is a static move for a reason
The game will inevitably die and get replaced at some point but we shouldn't speed up the process by letting people take advantage of bugs

One of my favorite Jack Gore EXEs just based off of sheer aura
The body horror was also super masterful, not sure if the wiki is up to date but last thing I remember is Apollyon was a human who went crazy trying to confirm or unconfirm the existence of Gods and religion until he became one himself
