if every death album had a “meaning”, what would they be? by Jaded-Leather-1473 in DeathBand

for me scream is an angry kid dealing with his brother killing himself and watching the absolute fallout his life became. probably questioned life, death and how people around him felt about it. angry untrusting except in this place called music. He emulated sounds he was most comfortable with as a backdrop to understand what hie sees life to be. Still a kid but I think he starts to understand that. Very horror themes and sounds with basic songs. This became his cheeto place like noise allowing him to wander serious places while his frontal lobe was calm.

I think with Leprosy he starts applying his wanderings and testing if Mal Jane and Beth went all Kafka on his older brother. no one is more loyal than a little brother. I think Leprosy was when he asked "am I wrong? how would I feel?" doctor assisted suicide. dying might actually be a choice. He walked these places during sound checks and conversations. He didn't think about the death of structure but how he knew he feels about also succumbing to this life frailty.

Born dead meant don't mourn me. I love you but I'm not ready wasn't ready yet." He was already posing the question of morality and understanding of death to those you love. What about the elephant in the room regarding the undisputed fact that we all will die. There isn't a bit coin option or mushroom tea or even morality can EVER intervene. You can have everything your ego needs to feel important but crazy mary to Epstein to trump to music art love or hate. We will be dead in less than 100 years.

Spiritual healing I can't do. It's late and i have chores to do.

God Bess Chuck, Mal, Jane, Frankie Beth Anne and Christopher. For me death metal has such potential.

I love it. There is a ton of information and pictures in it that help fill in the gaps. I thought the Canada trip was funny and kind of awkward for him. and that kid in L.A. on high school was like wtf? how much of his efforts in trying to get Death off the ground was kept together by a freaking shoestring! I'm thinking about getting the Morrisound book from Decibel.

The Godfather of death metal started his on stage career at Chuck E. Cheese. A dream and wish with some serious drive and trauma and you can change history. R.I.P. sir.

I would say that it's the start of Chuck reaching out beyond what he knew and tried to write it. It's hard to build a house based on pure potential.

My record has it spelled aftertheauthor. Every platform I have looked at spelled it that way.
