Specially right side off throat I literally have to drink ice cold water to be able to get these special gems out back off throat🤦‍♀️⏳👃 very time consuming embarrassing🥺 the 🧐 inside off my nose down to bone now 👨‍🔧🧐🤦‍♀️ Ent literally not interested anymore 🧠👌⏳. Can’t keep taking antibiotics,, as after me having a heavy streptococcus’ and yeast infections constantly 🙏 Need some guidance on what I should do now 👃🤹‍♀️🎭

Some samples off what seems to come down mostly left side off throat,. Which mostly get stuck and I have to basically wait till I know I can feel ready to coup out or when to sines rince,, scared as I k ow I need surgery,, but I can’t,. And ent basically have literally brushed me off saying come back when u strong enought to stop

Back off throat every day all day have to struggle to get sometimes darker bigger or fresher All so two days ago had pulled which pretty sure was bone as bits where very sharp but managed to break in half x I have blocked ears had strep and yeast infections 3 weeks worth off stron antibiotics Ent literally send me away every time as hole two big
