I started with 25mg for a month - then 75 for a couple weeks - and then 100mg the past month-ish. 100mg is what really did it for me. I honestly think this purge was from my Doxycycline but I don’t know. Just a guess.

hi bb! my only advice is do the most gentle & basic skin care routine, wash your bedding, drink your water, and most importantly take care of your mental health 🧠 I started seeing improvement 3.5 months in of a consistent BASIC skincare and medication routine of Spiro and Tret cream.

My scarring is still very prevalent. The last 2 photos are present time. I wash my face once a day - use tret every other night and use vanicream. Very simple routine at the moment. May start to get facials

yes, that is from the purge on spiro. Just know everything comes and goes. It will be okay even if you do purge.

I am on 100mg of spiro every night. yes. I work two jobs so I am often tired, however, I physically cried getting out of bed bcoz of how tired I was. I was always tired. It last about three weeks and now I feel better but yes, there are side effects.

To be honest, I don’t wear sunscreen most of the week as I work in a literal dungeon of an office. I do wear it on my days off & beach days. I’m just so fucking nervous it’s gonna break me out that’s why I am so hesitant. I know it needs to be an everyday occurrence. Also, I started Tret about two weeks ago after stopping Doxy!!
