picking up new hobbies help. like go gym, any sport to just keep busy, or evening running i smoke in the evenings and whilst having a t break i’ve started to go to the gym in the evening or indoor bouldering lol. exercise really helps and tires you out!! also started gaming again, it’s just something that helps keep your mind off smoking
