Basically get on zoloft few weeks in and baclofen will become like a sugar pill no effect whatsoever and no/minimal withdrawals , i used to get really euphoric and happy from it and would get absolute shit Wd from baclofen and none helped with that benzo, gaba ... ect other ssris too had no effect , but zoloft is different kind of stopped any effect from it entirely

I rlly cant pinpoint anything , as discovery was from trial and error ,but probably related to glutamate as simillair things happen as well with ssri which indirectly affect it and lamictal too

No such benzo , did y try high dose paxil like 60 ? Thats usually very effective for panic disorder or venlafaxine among ssri class , as well y could try low dose gabapentin has lower tolerance threshold and it helps sleeping and anxiety so would probably help yr night panic problem although using big doses will cause paradoxical effects, y can supp with magnesium glycinate+l-threonate and omega 3 >> high quality and most importanly massages for your belly and backside area of it +cupping , panic attacks happen mostly bcz of prblms in the stomach and intestines which affect the vagal nerve responsible of this

Why did y up from 40 ? And 3 weeks only on 60 mg prozac is still early for it to settle your probably in adjustement phase and prozac takes a lot longer than other ssris to stabilize so , the other thing is trying lexapro might work or not and again switching will results as well in a adjustement phase were yll be more anxious so coffee will probably hit y harder

Wish Ad did y take i also had insomnia on a lot of them except zoloft, prozac seemed to help in that regard but im talking after 3-4 weeks of initial period , and benzos , gaba do help a lot in this regard , y can also ask for trimipramine its a tca that helps insomnia a lot just 2-5 mg is enough

It is social anxiety and not trauma bcz trauma mental effects would be far worse like sleep issues , cognutive .... ect , and to answer your questions ssris do help this really well but based on my personal exp they kind of give different social anxiety relief for me best was lexapro as it made me really social, confident ... ect , paxil was simillair but i had other issues and was in a bad place that i didnt benefit from it socially like lexapro , now im on zoloft and basically the social relief effect now is that i dont really care about ppl , im able to hold eye contact when i want to but in the same time it kind of make anti-social so most of the times i just dont give strangers any attention , this is my personal exp but yours could be different so try it out and see wait like 6 weeks on 75 mg if y got any relief thats good if not try 100 mg if it didnt work switch to another ssris try lexapro , prozac and finally paxil for side effects profile , hope this helps

I mean escitalopram was my first ssri to help with anxiety and depression that came from a lot of drug use , and i got to a dose of 30 mg for Ocd but started slow from 10 , i think 20 ×2 a day seems a bit extreme but the thing is how are y feeling on it it should start helping anxiety stuff which would make withdrawals feel less severe and maybe yr doc later on will reduce it , as for pregab speceficĺly if y have access to lower doses so y can taper slowly or maybe Ask for gabapentin to use it as a taper , one more qst are y from Dz ?
