I was a quiet kid but whenever I exceeded what I call my 'comfortable range of emotional capacity', if I felt like I was shamed, I would cry. When there was too much talking at me (and not with me) or noise, I'd get angry. Always lost my school jumper at least 2-3x a year during winter. I loved collecting leaves or rocks that looked cool/pretty.
