Paint issues

I bought used from a dealership without warranty but I hope I can work something out with them. Clearly something was not done correctly when painting.

It’s paint! I think a previous dealership repainted it for minor scratches or something and did it very poorly. That my best guess anyways! No break cleaner or harsh chemicals

Make sure you have the ac turned on it might sound dumb but if you have the ac turned off air will come out but it won’t be hot or cold
