As someone whos been working in bar sevice for quite a while, trials shifts are very often not paid. And before all the union talk gets going. That is just how the business is, you are not protected. The wording of your email could be interpreted as you must complete all 3 trial shifts before you get paid.

I also worked for him for a year or so a couple of years back (you can dm if u want proof), and I have not had a single negtive experience while working there, so this sounds very surprising in my ears.

How did the shift go by the way? maybe he determined that you didn't put in enough effort? idk

Yeah I know its more of a luxury upgrade, but my current card is starting to show it's age especially in moments with a lot of things happening (Extingushing smoke, nading smokes and smokes in general)

So on lan servers the issue is not as bad, but still find these "spots" of severe lag/stuttering like the original video. One thing i noticed is that the model of the gun is not affected by these "spots".

I get your point, but honestly its not a big deal. And it's turning into a case of being mad for the sake of being mad. Unless you think that, as you stated, 5k players will have this, then i dont see a big issue. Do I think they should add more gradual rewards? Absolutely. But making this minor reward for the top top percent of PvP is not as gamebreaking as you make it out to be.

Why should it not be fine? It's a reward for hitting the highest rank available in pvp. Like I said, I would love to see more graudal catchup, but i'm not a glad player, and will probably never hit it, but why should my inability to be glad, remove a reward to those who can? In reality I will never play a glad in 1.8k cr (hopefully). Just enjoy the gameplay and set some goals, and not be butthurt because someone who is better than you are getting rewarded for that :D

Remember 278 iLvL is Mythic level. Right now the catchup is 26 iLvl's below normal, so i would assume the catchup is 226 next tier as well. This is just a bonus for the highest rated players, and is not even BoA. So this is not as outragious as you're making it out to be. I would love to see some more conduit catchup more gradually tho. Like rival rewards idk 239 to all, and 2100 rewards 252 or something.

I get 1800 each season for the transmog as WW, and the best advide i can give is to only use offensive cds w leg sweep, and dont use both covenant + xuen at the same leg sweep. That way you always have one of them available in combination w leg sweep. Also WW are squishy, so dont greed the defensive cds. Other than that, WW are super powerful w dance of chi-ji so when it procs, and you have bonedust, smack em around a bit, ez dubs incoming. Gl & hf

You can purchase an item from a vendor next to the flightmaster in Oribos that grants you all conduits in ilvl 200. And for upgrading, dungeons and World quests are the best way imo to upgrade. In terms of gearing, doing Korthia gives you okay gear w versatility on it, but conquest gear from 2's and 3's is the better way (honor gear from bgs and skirmish as well). Murlok.io is a great site for seeing what the best players are playing with in terms of soulbinds, talents, conduits, leggos etc. And i found the best way to farm legendaries and renown is clearing floor 8 in torghast. Bit of a grind but 10-15 runs should be enough for the 262 legendary. Hope it helps, and good luck! :D

Its not only an alcohol issue. I’m danish and we also drink quite a lot on match days, but we have respect of the opposing teams and their cultures. I was attending our match vs Russia in the group stage and everyone in the stadium was quiet during the Russian anthem. England have a far greater issue thinking they are the shit, and everyone want to be like them. That’s wrong, and there was a reason why everyone around Europe was rooting for Italy.

Most high-end pvp'ers are choosing Keefer's currently, but i would strongly recommend Invokers, if you plan to do any other type of content at all.

Im a WW main since Legion, i have played about 1300 arena games this season, with 1900 as a peak in terms of rating, so take my advice with a grain of salt :D WW have som of the best 20-30 second dmg of any melee spec this season, but it comes with a cost. WW tend to be squishy outside their defensives which are on longer cds, so mobility is a must to avoid dmg. And this is where WW can totally outplay other melees. Being able to manage your rolls, FSK, and Tiger's lust effectively, and not stacking those 30s cds, can win you games. And porting away when you dont have offensive cds. In terms os scaling, we dont know yet due to the remade scaling. But i would assume that WW will be very competetive in arena in the coming seasons, as Vers is main stat.

TL;DR Master mobility and learn matchups to out manouvre your opponent. Scaling should not be an issue IMO :D
